  If you decide to cancel your reservation for this event, credits will be authorized based on the following policy, without exceptions:

  • Up to 90 days prior to the event: 100% credit to be used for membership renewal only.

  • 89 days or less prior to the event: 50% credit to be used for membership renewal only.

  • Less than 30 days from event:  No credit
