Day 1: Saturday, 26 October 2024

  • After clearing customs and immigration, meet your driver for your private luxury transfer to your hotel. Remainder of day at leisure.

  • Accommodation: Four Seasons Sydney (Partial Harbour View room) - 4 Nights


Day 2: Sunday, 27th October 2024

  • B / D Breakfast is served at your hotel

  • Meet your Australia based tour escort who will join the group for the remainder

  • of the tour. Your driver will collect you from your hotel and you will board your private coach for a half day city tour.

  • Discover Sydney with our exclusive half-day private tour! Sit back and unwind as your expert driver and guide takes you through the city's renowned attractions, offering intriguing narratives about its rich history and vibrant culture.

  • Join your group for a welcome dinner at Graze MCA or similar


Day 3: Monday, 28th October 2024

    • Experience the breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views of Sydney, whilst scaling the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge on BridgeClimb’s original Climb experience. Feel on top of the world as you journey along the upper arch to the peak of an Australian icon, soaking in the stories from your expert Climb Leader and the sights of the Harbour and the City skyline that surround you.

Day 4: Tuesday, 29th October 2024

Embark on an extraordinary journey through the Blue Mountains National Park, a gem within the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. Amidst sandstone outcrops and misty eucalypt forests, immerse yourself in luxury retreats and breathtaking panoramas. Today, your guide will lead you off the conventional path, unveiling remote lookout spots and delving into the region's captivating history, diverse flora, and fauna.

Commence leaving Sydney we soon ascend the Blue Mountains via the highway, seeking out secluded viewpoints of the Jamison Valley, away from the bustling tourist crowds. At Eaglehawk Lookout, revel in the sight of the iconic Three Sisters rock formation, its allure shifting with the play of sunlight.

Journeying towards the village of Blackheath, our lunch venue awaits at the Hydro Majestic, offering a relaxed ambiance and mesmerizing vistas. Enjoy a delectable 2-course lunch, with dietary preferences accommodated (excluding Kosher Meals), and beverages available for purchase.

Day 5: Wednesday, 30th October 2024

  • Sydney - Cairns

  • Breakfast is served at your hotel

  • After breakfast you will be met by your driver for a private transfer to Sydney Domestic Airport and your flight to Cairns.

  • On arrival in Cairns you will be met by our driver and transferred to your hotel.

  • The remainder of your day is free.

  • Dinner tonight will be at a Ochre or similar

Day 6: Thursday, 31st October 2024

  • Cairns

  • Breakfast is served at your hotel

Come play in nature’s theme park with this Half Day River Tubing adventure on the Mulgrave River. This fun and exciting tour is a safe water activity, which includes calm water drifting, small rapids and some beautiful scenery. The Mulgrave River is part of the catchment system for Queensland’s highest mountains, Bellenden Ker and Bartle Frere, which is also Australia’s highest rainfall area. This freshwater river flows year-round and is bordered by rainforest and tropical vegetation, creating a lovely natural backdrop for your river tubing tour.

After a fun morning tubing, we visit a local pub for a traditional Aussie meal before we continue a short way to your next adventure.

Surrounded by world heritage mountains and the planet's oldest rainforests, Mount n Ride adventures unique horse trail rides will take you all over our beautiful 150 acre property and give you an experience that you'll never forget. Our experienced tour guides will take you through hilltops to headlands, down into the rainforest and then on into the crystal clear Little Mulgrave river (season permitting) as you sit back and enjoy the view from the best seat in the house, your horse.

  • After a full day adventure in the beautiful Little Musgrave National Park it is time to return to Cairns.

  • Dinner tonight will be a 3 course meal at the award winning Cairns Aquarium.


Day 7: Friday, 1st November 2024

  • Cairns

  • Breakfast is served at your hotel

  • After breakfast you will be collected from your hotel for a short transfer to the Cairns Marina. Great Barrier Reef Cruise After a 2 hour motorised sail on board the 32 meter sailing Catamaran, Ocean Spirit, you will arrive at Michaelmas Cay where there is so much to see and do. 

Enjoy snorkeling in the cay’s protected shallow waters, try an introductory scuba dive in the fringing reefs, cruise in the Semi-submarine/glass bottom boat for a diver’s view of the reef, watch the fish feeding presentation, observe the bird life or just chill out on Ocean Spirit’s spacious decks or on the beach. Throughout the day, the ‘beach buggy shuttle’ will transfer you between Ocean Spirit and the beach.

  • Arrive back in Cairns and transfer back to the hotel.

  • Dinner tonight is at Flynn’s Italian or similar


Day 8: Saturday, 2nd November 2024

  • Cairns

  • Breakfast is served at your hotel

Travel in air-conditioned comfort to the Daintree; through some of the oldest rainforest in the world ... Included is morning tea and a cruise on the Daintree River, delicious tropical BBQ lunch set amongst the rainforest, walk on famous Cape Tribulation Beach and a photo stop at Alexandra Lookout.

On route back to Cairns, stop at Wildlife Habitat at Port Douglas for your chance to “Swim with the Salties”. Get ready to experience the ultimate adrenaline rush and dive into the aquatic territory with the mighty Estuarine Crocodiles at Wildlife Habitat's CrocArena. This is not for the faint of heart, but if you're up for the challenge, this is the only opportunity of its kind in Queensland to swim with these incredible predators and live to tell the tale!

CrocArena is home to the spine-tingling Swim With The Salties experience. Swim just centimetres away from these enormous creatures and engage in the most terrifying experience that comes from watching these apex predators' bone-crushing jaws snap close. Marvel at the sheer power and size of these giant reptiles as you witness their incredible strength and agility up close.

  • Return to Cairns late in the day. Freshen up before Dinner at Salt House or simillar


Day 9: Sunday, 3rd November 2024

  • Cairns - Melbourne

  • Breakfast is served at your hotel

  • After breakfast you will be met by your driver for a private transfer to Cairns airport and your flight to Melbourne.

  • On arrival in Melbourne you will be met by our driver and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of your day is free.

Day 10: Monday, 4th November 2024

  • Melbourne

Experience the very best of the Great Ocean Road with this Ultimate tour that showcases the splendor of this famous icon from the comfort of a luxury touring vehicle before taking to the skies in a private return helicopter journey to Melbourne.

As you journey along the Great Ocean Road you will gain an insight into Australian surfing culture at Bells Beach, spot kangaroos and discover one of the many popular seaside villages such as Lorne where you can take a leisurely stroll on the beach.

Your professional guide will point out resident wild koalas at Kennett River before arriving at Apollo Bay where a gourmet lunch of quality local Great Ocean Road produce and fresh seafood is served opposite the sandy bay beaches.

Following lunch, traverse inland through towering forests towards the Port Campbell National Park and get your first glimpse of The Twelve Apostles. Emerging 65 metres above sea level these towers of limestone are an inspiring sight to see and are truly one of Australia’s icons. Visit the historic landmark of Loch Ard Gorge and hear tragic and romantic tales of shipwreck.

Then take to the skies in a private helicopter for a scenic 75-minute return flight to Melbourne. Admire the wonders of the Great Ocean Road and the Otway Ranges from the air – a truly stunning sight. Fly back into Melbourne amongst the city’s skyscrapers before landing on the Yarra River helipad. An awaiting car will then transfer you to your hotel. On arrival, transfer to your hotel.

Day 11: Tuesday, 5th November 2024

  • The “Race that stops the Nation”

  • Your driver will transfer you to Flemington Race Course for your full day at the

Races! On 7 November 1861 about 4,000 people gathered at Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne to watch a horserace that would become one of Australia’s most important sporting events. Fifty-seven horses were slated to take part in the race, though only 17 actually started. Sydney horse, Archer, trained by Etienne de Mestre, was the winner by a staggering six lengths.

Today, the Melbourne Cup is known as ‘the race that stops a nation’, drawing crowds of thousands on the first Tuesday in November every year. 

  • After a successful day at the races, you will be met by your driver and transferred back to your hotel.

Day 12: Wednesday, 6th November 2024

    If you cancel the event and are eligible for an event credit, the credit will expire 12 months after the purchase date.
