If you decide to cancel your reservation for this event, credits will be authorized based on the following policy, without exceptions:
90 days prior to the event (up to June 21, 2025): 50% credit to be used for membership renewal only.
Less than 90 days prior to the event : No credit to be used for membership renewal only.
45 days or less from event (starting August 5): No credit & no ticket transfers allowed.
