  If you decide to cancel your reservation for this event, credits will be authorized based on the following policy, without exception:

  • 59–30 days prior to the event: 50% credit to be applied toward membership

  • 30 days or less prior to the event: No credit

  Any approved event credit will expire 12 months from the original purchase date.
