RAFIK MOORE
Rafik Moore is the managing partner of Brait Capital and founder of Caspian Group, a fully integrated commercial real estate firm, providing investment, brokerage, and property management services. As a value-add investor, he and the company focus on the acquisition, adaptive reuse, and development of distressed industrial, retail, and office assets across the USA. In the last 18 years, Rafik has successfully built a $180M in value and 2.1 M sf in size commercial real estate portfolio.
His passion and purpose are to help, influence, and impact others to achieve their highest potential, which he does by mentoring, coaching, and investing in young leaders aspiring to grow in an impactful way. Rafik's personal mission expanded to the company mission, which is to "improve every person we touch and every property we service."
