To qualify for Elite Membership, applicants must demonstrate a minimum *net worth of $2,000,000.

Alternatively, applicants with an annual personal income of $500,000 may be considered, provided their *net worth is no less than $1,000,000.

Applicants must meet at least one of the above requirements to qualify for elite membership.

*Net worth does not include the primary residence.
