Ted Brockman – Building Success and Finding Tribe with Gobundance

Ted Brockman’s journey from small-town Minnesota farm life to thriving entrepreneur and regional leader for GoBundance is one fueled by determination, community, and an unshakable commitment to growth.

After graduating from St. Cloud State University, Ted launched a successful 19-year career at Nordstrom, where he oversaw information and technology for multiple regions. However, Ted’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-invest in one of the first Massage Envy franchises in Chicago, helping grow the business to five clinics. “That experience taught me the value of surrounding myself with great people and giving them opportunities to thrive,” Ted said.

While his business flourished, Ted realized something was missing. "At Nordstrom, I had this incredible team, but after I left, I found myself without a true tribe," Ted explained. In 2016, Ted discovered GoBundance and attended his first event in Whistler, British Columbia, in early 2017. It was a transformative moment for him. "GoBundance gave me a group of high-achieving individuals who pushed me not just in business, but in life—how to be a better father, husband, and leader."

Ted has recently become the Midwest Regional Leader for GoBundance, a role he embraces with enthusiasm and purpose. “Leading high-level individuals can be humbling, but I don’t see it as leading as much as helping others achieve their goals,” Ted reflected. As the Midwest Regional Leader, Ted is focused on building a stronger community and creating local chapters where members can connect more deeply and frequently. “The goal is to create a local network where we can support one another in person. Zoom is great, but nothing replaces face-to-face connections.”

Ted is passionate about GoBundance's six pillars—authentic relationships, bucket list adventures, genuine contribution, extreme accountability, age-defying health, and horizontal income - especially age-defying health and relationships. “As I get older, I’m focused more on maintaining great health and strengthening my relationships. GoBundance helps me do that.” Ted’s leadership in the Midwest is driven by his desire to ensure that others experience the same life-changing benefits that GoBundance has provided him.
