Serena’s goal is to help members feel fully supported, by welcoming them with an exceptional on-boarding experience and being a resource to aid in maximizing the full benefits provided with a Gobundance membership. She is excited to help support the life changing transformation our members will embark on as they lead more abundant lives. Serena is an alum of Illinois State and Northern Illinois University with over 20 years in hospitality and IT. Outside of work, she loves having quality time with family and friends by playing games, enjoying the beautiful outdoors, and exploring new places.
