Shane Rasnak is the Chief Marketing Officer for Gobundance, leading the strategic architecture of the Tribe’s growth and messaging. He brings a unique “inside-out” perspective to the leadership team, having first joined as a member in 2024 before joining the team as CMO in early 2025.
A seasoned marketing strategist and fractional CMO, Shane has spent over a decade building high-performance growth engines for SMBs. Since founding Shane Rasnak Digital in 2014, he has consulted for more than 85 companies, specializing in paid media and scalable systems for growth-oriented, mission-driven brands. Based in the NYC area, Shane is a business owner and real estate investor. To fuel his own “Whole-Life” abundance, he teaches and organizes Brazilian Zouk partner dance events in Manhattan – a passion for community and movement that balances his obsession with strategy, data, and funnels.
