Embark on a transformative journey towards peak health and aesthetics with Coach Rami's intensive 10-month program. Designed for the already fit who crave the next level, this experience focuses on lean muscle building, fat burning, and achieving your personal best. Dive deep into a regimen crafted for experienced exercisers committed to unlocking their fullest potential.
GoBros in Pursuit of Excellence: Ideal for individuals already in good shape, aiming to elevate their fitness journey to new heights.
Experienced Exercisers Only: Must have a minimum of one year’s experience lifting weights consistently (not bodyweight workouts).
Fully Committed Individuals: Success in this program requires unwavering dedication and a compelling “why” driving your journey.
Comprehensive 10-Month Plan: From January to October 2025, experience a carefully structured program featuring a 6-7 month “lean bulk” phase followed by a 12-16 week cutting phase ending with a 7 day “peak week” for photo shoot.
Personalized Coaching: Access continuous guidance and support from Coach Rami via text messages and a dedicated app.
Weekly Accountability Check-ins: Monitor progress through weekly weigh-ins, body fat percentage tracking, and progress pictures.
Group Support & Community: Engage in weekly Zoom calls with fellow participants, facilitated by Coach Rami, featuring guest speakers and shared experiences.
Customized Workout & Diet Plans: Receive tailored training regimes for each phase, including menu planning and “peak week” strategies.
Health Consultation & Blood Work Analysis: Gain insights into your health with a consultation and complete blood work analysis by a health coach from Marek Health.
