If you decide to cancel your reservation for this event, credits will be authorized based on the following policy, without exceptions:

→ 90 days or more prior to the event: 100% credit to be used for membership renewal.

→ 89 - 30 days prior to the event: 50% c credit to be used for membership renewal.

→ 29 days prior to the event: NO CREDIT

→ If you cancel the event and are eligible for an event credit, the credit will expire 12 months after the purchase date.
